If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 60-day return window from the date of delivery.
Returns are free when dropped off at any of our Return Bars or designated drop-off locations.
Prefer to ship your return? No problem - a $7 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund for returns made by mail. Please feel free to reach out to [email protected] if you have any questions or concerns about returning your product. We are happy to help!

Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition, and with all tags and hygienic liners remaining in place.

We ask that you wear underwear when first trying on your purchase, as we reserve the right to refuse returns that show any signs of wear.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns that do not meet the above requirements.
